Air Compressor Package

Crash cage is designed for offshore dynamic lifting in accordance with the provisions of API RP2A (latest edition) and SEPCO standard OPS0055 (latest edition) while in compliance with SEMS OPS0207.

Enhanced corrosion control

Machine mainframe and all interior sheet metal receive galvanizing. Engine, air end and separator tank are chemically stripped and receive enhanced paint system. Sheet metal can be blasted and painted, replaced with new galvanneal, or replaced with new stainless steel. Machine assembly accomplished utilizing stainless steel nuts/bolts.

Fuel Supply / Return Hoses

Fuel supply/return hoses to be coast guard type A1, ISO7840-A1, 500 psi, flame resistant USMSHA 2g-ic-11c/18.

All fluids & filters are changed and MSDS sheets for fluids to be provided.

Fuel Tank

Fuel tank is cleaned internally and exterior is white blasted and painted with a proven offshore coating.

Control Panel

Control panel, wiring harnesses with components are replaced and protected with dielectric grease and anti-corrosion spray.

Insulated engine exhaust blanket utilizing 1200 degree temp. material, reinforced with S.S. mesh wire & lacing hooks (manifold to spark arrestor).
